Job summary

Live 2 B Healthy of Carlsbad & Inland Valley seeks a Business Development Manager to expand its wellness program across senior living communities. Identify prospects, present the program, and secure service agreements with executive directors and wellness staff.

Build lasting partnerships, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and track wins in the CRM. On-site visits in Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos & Escondido are required, with flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Proven sales/business development/relationship mgmt experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a small team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
• Passion for health and improving seniors' quality of life.
• Willingness to conduct on-site meetings at local communities.
