Job summary

Live 2 B Healthy of St. Croix seeks a Business Development Manager to grow its senior wellness program across the United States.

You will identify and engage senior living communities, present the program, and pursue signed service agreements with executive directors and wellness staff. You will nurture relationships with key decision-makers, collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns, attend industry events, and monitor program success.

Qualifications

• Sales or business development experience in senior living, healthcare, wellness, or fitness.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business with senior living communities; build relationships and secure signed service agreements.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
• Partner with marketing to develop outreach campaigns, attend industry events, and follow up on generated leads.
• Monitor program success metrics and coordinate with trainers and community contacts for consistent service quality.
• Maintain records of contacts, meetings, proposals, and signed agreements in CRM; report weekly on sales activity and pipeline progress.
• Stay informed about local senior living communities and market trends to position Live 2 B Healthy effectively.
