Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Glenview seeks an externally focused Outside Sales and Business Development professional to drive move-ins for Assisted Living and Memory Care. You’ll partner with an experienced Community Relations Sales partner to meet monthly census targets and promote a premium brand in the community.

The role involves building referral networks, traveling locally, and representing Belmont Village’s prestigious standards to families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior sales experience, with at least 1 year in senior living or related field.
• Interest in working with older adults and families.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a sales partner to achieve and maintain occupancy at census targets.
• Demonstrate a strategic sales approach and advance relationships toward move-in.
• Maintain referral networks with physicians, health care communities and partners.
• Maintain an accurate proprietary lead database with daily updates.
• Plan and participate in marketing events to promote Belmont Village Senior Living.
