Savant Senior Living in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Sales and Marketing Director to drive occupancy by generating leads, nurturing relationships with prospective residents and families, and guiding transitions into the community.

Reporting to the VP of Sales and collaborating with the Executive Director, you will develop a forward-thinking marketing plan aimed at achieving budgeted occupancy targets and maintaining strong referral networks.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic person with strong people skills.
• Self-starter who can drive sales growth.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
• Minimum 3 years in Assisted Living sales (Private Pay).

Responsibilities

• Lead Management and Outreach: welcome inquiries, identify leads, and contact prospects via calls, emails, and tours.
• Relationship Building: showcase benefits, collaborate with staff to promote services and pricing.
• Networking and Partnerships: build referral sources with local agencies and senior living networks.
• Strategic Event Execution: plan and host events to attract prospects and engage families.
• Sales Process Management: communicate details clearly and guide families through contracts.
• Database Management and Follow-Up: track leads and re-engage past leads.
• Competitor Awareness: stay informed to highlight advantages and drive sales.
• Personalized Engagement: conduct tailored tours aligned with each prospect’s needs.
• Compensation structure includes base pay plus uncapped commissions.
