Job summary

Savant Senior Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to drive occupancy by generating and managing leads, nurturing relationships, and guiding families through the move into our community. You will report to the VP of Sales and collaborate with the Executive Director on strategic marketing plans to hit occupancy targets.

Responsibilities include lead outreach, partnerships, event planning, and transparent sales processes.

Qualifications

• Must be an enthusiastic people person.
• Self-starter and able to drive sales growth.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle.
• 3 years of experience in Assisted Living sales (Private Pay).

Responsibilities

• Lead Management and Outreach: Welcome inquiries and reach out to potential leads using the community's software. Maintain regular contact via calls, emails and guided tours.
• Relationship Building: Build trust with prospective residents and families, showcasing benefits and coordinating with staff to promote services and pricing.
• Networking and Partnerships: Develop connections with local agencies and referral services to expand referrals.
• Strategic Event Execution: Plan and host events to attract prospects and engage families and referral partners.
• Sales Process Management: Explain contracts and guide families through agreements to support occupancy goals.
• Database Management and Follow-Up: Track leads and re-engage past inquiries.
• Competitor Awareness: Monitor competitors and highlight our community advantages.
• Personalized Engagement: Conduct tours tailored to individual resident needs and expectations.
• Health and benefit packages: base pay plus uncapped commissions and related employee benefits.
