Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living seeks a Sales and Marketing Director for a full-time, Sunday through Thursday schedule at our California community. The role focuses on generating and managing leads, guiding prospective residents through the move, and executing targeted marketing strategies to hit occupancy goals.

You will work with the Executive Director and VP of Sales, lead events, and build relationships with community organizations to drive referrals and occupancy growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads to qualify prospects and guide them through moving into their new home.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan.
• Aim to achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
