Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will build partnerships, plan events, and lead outreach across local agencies and referral networks to sustain budgeted occupancy. This role emphasizes tours, referrals, and a proactive sales process.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management and Outreach: Welcome walk-in and phone inquiries, identify and reach out to potential leads using software, and maintain contact with prospective residents and families through calls, emails, and tours.
• Relationship Building: Establish trust with prospective residents and families, showcasing benefits of community life and care, coordinating with staff to promote services, pricing, and details to close sales.
• Networking and Partnerships: Build relationships with local agencies, referral services (e.g., A Place for Mom), religious and civic groups to broaden referral sources.
• Strategic Event Execution: Plan and host events with the team to attract prospects and organize special events for engagement with residents, families, and referral partners.
• Sales Process Management: Communicate sales and contract details clearly, guide families through agreements to support occupancy.
• Database Management and Follow-Up: Regularly review lead databases, follow up on leads, and re-engage past leads.
• Competitor Awareness: Stay informed about competitors to highlight the community’s advantages.
• Personalized Engagement: Conduct personalized tours to match each prospect’s needs with community features.
