Integral Senior Living in California seeks a Director of Sales to lead the community's sales operations, connecting with prospective residents across channels to inspire move-ins and meet occupancy targets. The DOS analyzes market trends and utilizes local knowledge to craft effective sales tactics and revenue strategies.

The role partners with the Executive Director and marketing teams to drive marketing tactics, manage CRM, and track performance through metrics, aiming for strong conversions

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business, public relations, or related field.
• Two years in marketing/sales in senior living setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads and sales activities.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with leads through multiple channels and convert to residents using our sales process.
• Build relationships by advancing the lead through the sales process and securing commitment.
• Execute all facets of the Sales Playbook including discovery, objections, and closing techniques.
• Manage sales tracking reports and provide daily updates to the Executive Director.
• Conduct weekly strategy and advisory meetings with the Executive Director.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop tactics to achieve lead goals.
• Plan and execute local sales events to generate and convert leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, moves, and sales activities.
