Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, managing Sea Bluffs and Ivy Signature Living communities, seeks a Sales and Marketing Director in Dana Point to lead outreach, branding, and occupancy strategy. You will partner with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft a cutting-edge plan that drives occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You’ll lead daily activities, arrange tours for prospective residents, and collaborate with local organizations to strengthen connections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Work with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.
