Western States Lodging & Management is seeking an Outreach Liaison to support the growth of our senior living communities by building relationships, generating referrals, and expanding market presence. You will collaborate with corporate leadership and community sales teams to identify opportunities and drive occupancy across assigned markets.

The role focuses on outreach to healthcare professionals and partners, coordinating events, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales/marketing/customer service or business development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and community organizations across assigned markets.
• Identify potential business development opportunities and support outreach efforts to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate with corporate leadership and community sales teams to support referral development and occupancy goals.
• Conduct outreach visits, follow-up calls, and networking activities to strengthen referral relationships.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing events, community presentations, and networking opportunities.
• Support referral follow-up and connect prospective residents and families with appropriate senior living communities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and professional contacts within the CRM system.
• Assist with preparing reports and tracking outreach performance across assigned communities.
• Support corporate marketing and sales initiatives to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
