Momentum at South Bay for Nursing and Rehab is seeking a part-time Community Liaison to engage with the local senior care network, facilities, and families. You will identify and develop referral sources, educate providers about Momentum’s services, and attend community events to raise awareness of our mission.

The role requires strong sales/marketing and customer service experience, excellent communication, and a familiarity with the local community.

Qualifications

• Sales/marketing experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Knowledge of the local community is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build a network and pipeline of prospective referral sources and partnerships for Momentum at South Bay
• Perform prospect visits to physician offices, assisted living facilities, and the community to educate on Momentum’s services
• Attend community networking events to create additional relationships
• Prepare presentations using Momentum’s marketing materials
• Represent Momentum at South Bay at community functions
• Plan and assist with luncheons and activities within the facility
• Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss Momentum’s options
