Job summary

Sunrise Meadows Senior Living is seeking a Community Liaison to build relationships with prospects and families, manage admissions processes, and drive occupancy through local marketing efforts.

You will collaborate with the community management team, develop promotional materials, present at local events, and expand referral networks, while upholding CAPLICO values and HIPAA policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or human services preferred.
• Superior communication skills and strong customer service orientation required.
• Valid state driver's license and travel are required.
• Experience marketing to seniors, in sales, senior housing, long-term care insurance, hospitality or healthcare/personal care background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads resident recruitment by building relationships with prospects and families.
• Develops and maintains marketing strategies including referrals and community partnerships.
• Maintains occupancy levels and tracks resident movements; central contact for prospective residents.
