Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Senior Living Operations Manager to oversee CP Senior Living in Dallas. The role involves directing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong community relations.

The incumbent will lead staff through hiring, training, evaluations, and discipline, while managing budgets and census targets. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this salaried role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Must have an Assisted Living Manager Certificate.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to work with regulators, management, staff, residents, families and visitors.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare or similar field.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct operations of CP Senior Living.
• Review staff productivity and efficiency; implement changes.
• Lead hiring, employment, development, discipline and discharge of employees.
• Coordinate staff orientation, in-service programs and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve full census and maintain positive community relations.
• Manage operating and capital budgets.
