Job summary

Tradition Senior Living, LP in Dallas is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee independent, assisted living, and memory care communities, ensuring quality services and budget targets while fostering a positive environment for residents and staff.

This role reports to the Executive Director, supervises teams, coordinates daily property operations, and facilitates communication with families, residents, and the Tradition team to maintain high standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least two years of operations management experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of financial parameters and budget management.
• Ability to address and resolve concerns from employees, residents and families.
• Superior customer relations skills with a positive attitude.
• English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of property services in a cost-effective, efficient manner.
• Interact with residents and families to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Assist Executive Director with communications and operational tasks.
• Lead the Hospitality committee and coordinate move-ins/move-outs and related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of financial, HR, safety and service information.
