Paycom - ATS is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead the clinical team in a skilled living community. The role requires directing resident assessments, care planning, and health promotion services while ensuring compassionate care and strong family communication.

The candidate will oversee medication management, infection control, and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on QA and continuous improvement. Leadership and mentorship are essential for staff development.

Qualifications

• LPN license required; RN preferred.
• Minimum of two years nursing supervisory experience.
• Senior/supportive living experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership and supervisory ability with mentorship.

Responsabilités

• Conducts initial assessment of prospective residents, including off-site visits.
• Performs wellness assessments and develops individualized care plans.
• Delivers health promotion services and disease prevention counseling.
• Engages with residents and families with compassion to create positive experiences.
• Fosters communication with physicians and family members.
• Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the clinical team.
• Coordinates infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and oversees the medication management program.
• Contributes to QA and performance improvement initiatives.
• Complies with confidentiality and privacy rules.
