Singh Management Co., Llc is seeking an Associate Executive Director to assist in planning and operating the community in alignment with resident needs and state regulations. This role partners with the Executive Director on staffing, budgeting, and resident relations.

The AED will oversee diverse departments, promote excellent service delivery to seniors, and participate in meetings with department heads, staff, residents, and families. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years management and/or supervisory experience, preferred in senior housing or other relevant leadership within healthcare, long term care, or with the elderly population.
• Demonstrate passion for leading and developing associates and promoting excellent service delivery to seniors.
• Must possess sound judgment, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to a wide range of audiences including family members, government agencies, general public, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee essential functions of the community with a strong emphasis on customer service across departments (dining, activities, reception, resident care, sales, business office, maintenance, housekeeping).
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure community cohesiveness and achievement of objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and counsel associates; work with Department Heads to ensure consistency within teams.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and maintain it within areas of responsibility.
• Lead by example, be visible to associates, promote teamwork across departments.
