Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Maintain a valid Driver's license or state ID
• Successful Completion of a drug screening
• Background results within company standards
• Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first 30 days of employment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the location and oversee care and service quality for residents.
• Ensure quality, leadership, and regulatory adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Organize and monitor each department of the facilities under their responsibility.
