MSHN Enterprises LLC. seeks an Executive Director to lead the location, ensure high-quality resident care, and oversee policy execution. The ED will provide strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise all facility departments to maintain efficient operations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities, and is prepared to guide teams through daily challenges while upholding the organization's standards and mission.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Maintain a valid Driver's license or state ID
• Successful Completion of a drug screening
• Background results within company standards
• Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first 30 days of employment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills

Description

The Executive Director provides leadership to the specific location. Providing oversight to the care and quality of services provided to our residents. The ED is responsible for the quality, leadership, and regulation of the policy and procedures of the organization. The ED is also responsible for organizing and monitoring each department of the facilities in which they are responsible.

Requirements

1. Must be 18 years of age or older
