MBK Senior Living seeks an Associate Executive Director to lead operations at a Scottsdale, AZ community. Under the Executive Director, the AED will develop talent, drive regulatory compliance, and champion resident-centered care aligned with MBK values.

The role requires strategic oversight, staff mentoring, budgeting involvement, occupancy strategies, and a calm, decisive leadership style to support a high-performing team in a demanding healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Must hold current State/Federal administrator licenses and related certifications.
• Experience managing senior living operations or healthcare communities.

Mansioni

• Assist the Executive Director with recruitment and supervision of Department Directors, coaching for development and performance.
• Lead onboarding and mentoring of new Department Directors and ensure rapid integration.
• Take Manager on Duty responsibilities and direct property management under the ED.
• Support ED in planning daily operations and executing strategic initiatives with regulatory compliance.
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive data-informed decisions and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with directors to improve resident service, safety, and adherence to MBK policies.
