Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Move-In Coordinator for its senior living community. You will oversee the smooth transition of new residents and support the Marketing Department with events, inquiries, tours, and paperwork.

The role requires strong organization, communication and computer skills, plus comfort working with seniors and coordinating multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience working with seniors.
• Able to operate a personal computer and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate smooth transitions for new residents into the community.
• Assist Marketing with administrative tasks, events, inquiries, and tours.
• Qualify prospects, arrange tours, and support deposits through the sales process.
• Plan and manage marketing events and participate in resident and referral events.
• Maintain resident directories and new resident files.
