You will liaise with families, sales, maintenance, and design teams to handle every detail from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent communication skills and a background in sales or customer service, capable of juggling multiple tasks and ensuring a warm welcome for residents in our premier

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a move in coordination role.
• Sales background a plus.
• Highly organized.
• Excellent people skills.
• Great communicator.
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the move-in process and welcome new residents.
• Manage details from start to finish with the sales team and management.
• Be the point person for every move from start to finish.
