Job summary

Beach House, part of Grace Management, Inc., seeks a Move In Coordinator in Naples, FL to support the Sales & Marketing Department and ensure smooth move-ins for new residents. You will manage lead flow, assist with closing sales, and support events and campaigns, contributing to a welcoming community experience.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and proficiency with CRM systems and office software, along with flexibility to support after-hours needs as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Proficient in computer utilization including Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM database systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing Department to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage lead system and assist in closing sales with prospects and families.
• Coordinate with team to plan and execute Sales & Marketing events and campaigns.
• Maintain marketing materials, forms, checklists, and move-in packets.
• Close sales by guiding residents and families and providing referrals and resources.
• Establish a sales culture in the community and support senior living branding.
