Job summary

Beach House is seeking a Move In Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team and ensure a smooth move-in experience for new residents. This role focuses on lead management, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records and materials.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree or higher with at least two years of sales/marketing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows, Office, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Proficient in Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Marketing to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Execute lead management and close sales with prospects and families.
• Coordinate marketing events and budget adherence with the Sales Director.
