Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. seeks a Move In Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing Team within The Highlands community. You will manage move-in processes, assist with lead management in the CRM, and aim to exceed occupancy targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work with the Sales Director and community leadership to develop plans, coordinate events, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Living is preferred.
• Minimum two years in sales/marketing with results.
• Proficient with Windows, Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Marketing to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Assist with move-in paperwork and transition for new residents.
• Close sales by guiding residents, families, and advisors.
• Maintain accurate lead management and CRM data.
• Coordinate events and manage marketing expenditures under guidance.
