Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Move-In Coordinator) to enhance the resident experience by coordinating move-ins and guiding tours. The role supports the sales team and helps implement the marketing plan, under the Executive Director.

You will greet residents and guests, arrange furniture placement, schedule interviews, and ensure a courteous, professional experience consistent with The Sterling Touch®. This is a full-time on-site position in Naples, FL.

Qualifications

• One or more years of marketing experience in senior housing, real estate, banking or related field.
• Experience coordinating move-ins and resident transitions.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee each resident's move into the community.
• Assist with furniture placement, orientation and assimilation into the community.
• Assist the Sales team/Executive Director with the planning and implementation of an annual marketing plan.
• Tour and sell the community and apartments.
• Work weekends and evenings for appointments and events.
