Job summary

The Move-In Experience Director at Experience Senior Living leads a personalized, seamless move-in for new residents and families. You coordinate Sales, Operations, Wellness, Culinary, and more from deposit through 90 days, ensuring a welcoming, hospitality-driven transition.

You will build relationships, plan personalized move-ins, and guide staff to deliver exceptional, 5-star experiences across the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and hospitality experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and priorities.
• Proven project management and organizational abilities.
• Comfort with technology and resident management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for residents and families through transition.
• Develop individualized move-in plans and coordinate logistics.
• Train residents and families on apartment functions and services.
• Lead cross-functional readiness meetings and resolve barriers.
• Monitor satisfaction and coordinate service recovery as needed.
• Track progress and document milestones during onboarding.
