Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Move-In Coordinator) to elevate the resident experience by coordinating move-ins and transitions, greeting residents, guests and vendors, and supporting the sales team with tours and interviews. This role operates under the Executive Director and follows our standards for courteous, timely, and professional service.

The position also supports planning and implementing the annual marketing plan, and requires flexible scheduling including

Qualifications

• One or more years of marketing experience in senior housing, real estate, banking or related field.
• Prefer experience transitioning seniors from one living environment to another.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D., required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee each resident's move into the community.
• Assist with furniture placement, orientation and assimilation into the community.
• Assist with planning and implementation of an annual marketing plan.
• Tour and sell the community and apartments.
• Greet Residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Work weekends and evenings for appointments and events.
• Comply with Grand Living policies and procedures.
