American Senior Communities is seeking a Move-In Coordinator in Indiana to support the move‑in process and work closely with the sales team, families and residents. This role focuses on creating a comforting atmosphere and coordinating apartment readiness for a smooth transition into the community.

The position requires a passion for geriatric advocacy, CARE values, and customer service experience in a face‑to‑face setting.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence

Responsibilities

• Assist sales and move‑in process in collaboration with families, residents and community leaders.
• Coordinate apartment readiness and ensure families have everything for a smooth move‑in and transition.
• Work with facility team to support residents and prospective residents throughout the move‑in journey
