Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to welcome residents into their new home and manage the move-in process from start to finish with the sales team and management.

You will liaise with prospective residents, families, moving companies, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition, coordinating timeframes, logistics, and access for a successful placement. • 2+ years in a move in coordination role.
• Sales background a plus.
• Highly organized with excellent people and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the move-in process from start to finish with the sales team and management.
• Communicate with prospective residents and their family members, moving companies, maintenance, housekeeping and interior designers.
• Serve as the point person for each move and ensure a smooth transition to the resident's new home.
