Job summary

Danberry at Inverness in Hoover, AL is seeking a hospitality-focused Move In Coordinator to guide new residents and families through the transition into our senior living community. This full-time role collaborates with sales and operations to ensure apartments are move-in ready and residents feel welcomed from day one.

Responsibilities include coordinating move-in logistics, maintaining Salesforce records, scheduling tours, and supporting on-site events and orientations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn Salesforce software.

Responsibilities

• Assists and guides future residents in available selections prior to move in (paint, flooring, etc.). Serves as the primary contact with the future resident regarding move-in dates and details surrounding the move-in.
• Track and maintain Salesforce, ensuring all leads are recorded, updated, and followed up on promptly.
• Respond to phone and online inquiries, provide general information, and assist with scheduling tours for prospective residents and their families.
• Support the execution of on-site tours and sales events, including set-up, greeting visitors, and providing essential community information.
• Facilitate the resident move-in process by coordinating paperwork, scheduling move-in dates, and ensuring a seamless transition.
