Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Broomfield, CO, is seeking a Move-In Coordinator I to create a warm, seamless transition for new residents and their families. You will guide them through paperwork, assessments and orientation, building an early emotional connection to the community.

• Maintains resident confidentiality and complies with standards.
• Coordinates with clinical leadership and maintenance to ensure readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full move-in process using the Resident Move-In Checklist.
• Review and explain the Move-In Packet and required documentation.
• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership.
• Ensure all state-required paperwork is completed prior to move-in.
• Prepare resident administrative files in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee suite readiness and coordinate with Maintenance as needed.
• Welcome residents and families on move-in day and provide community orientation.
• Maintain proactive communication with families and physicians.
• Support Founders Club benefits (where applicable).
