Job summary

Ivy Living in Hawaii Kai seeks a Move-In Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition for new residents and support the Marketing team with inquiries, tours, and events. You will handle paperwork, organize community tours, and assist prospects through the sales process while supporting residents and families.

The position requires a high school diploma, familiarity with MS Office, and a compassionate approach to seniors. Benefits are provided by Oakmont Management Group.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience with seniors, preferably in senior housing.
• Able to operate a PC and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the property's services to represent it to referrals.
• Give community tours as needed and provide marketing information.
• Qualify prospects, convert tours to deposits, and assist with events.
• Serve as a liaison for new residents and their families.
• Follow the new move-in checklist and prepare paperwork.
