Oakmont Management Group’s Ivy Hawaii Kai community seeks an Engagement Coordinator to serve as a personal concierge for new residents and those needing ongoing support during transition. You will build meaningful connections, guide pre-move-in activities, and ensure a seamless acclimation to the community.

Ideal candidates have senior living or hospitality experience, strong tech skills, and the ability to coordinate events.

Qualifications

• Senior living industry experience preferred; customer service in luxury settings required.
• Proficiency with current technology and apps to stay connected.
• Sales or marketing experience; event coordination is a plus.
• Must pass pre-hire requirements including a background clearance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create positive relationships with new residents and assist in pre-move-in process.
• Provide a new resident orientation and help acclimate to the apartment and community.
• Maintain daily interactions with residents for the first 30 days and encourage participation in activities.
• Identify residents at risk of departure and implement re-engagement strategies.
