Job summary

Rendever is seeking a motivated Mid Market Account Executive to drive growth with regional senior living operator groups. You will own mid-market accounts with support from the Client Success team, expanding logos and maximizing retention across communities.

Responsibilities include identifying expansion opportunities, closing deals, and managing forecasts, while partnering with Customer Success to onboard new sites and drive revenue growth across the brand.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the senior living industry.
• Willingness to travel to local, regional, and national meetings.
• Experience maintaining clean CRM data and inputs.
• Knowledge of Rendever product suite and industry context.
• Ability to drive logos-based growth and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify expansion opportunities across assigned operator groups.
• Engage decision-makers, run needs analyses, and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate onboarding with Customer Success.
• Maintain forecasts and ensure adequate coverage for quarterly quotas.
• Cultivate brand-level relationships and manage multi-site deployments.
