Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Medication Technician Certification or 1+ year of senior care experience.
• Must have an approved Medication Manager Certificate where required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and use the eMAR system.

Responsibilities

• Follow MAR and physician orders to administer medications accurately.
• Adhere to Six Rights of Medication Administration and Bickford policies.
• Utilize eMAR for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on medication care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as needed.
• Model Bickford's Mission and lead by example on shift.
