CIEL SOPRIS LODGE LLC in Colorado seeks a Medication Technician to provide medication assistance and personal care to residents, following our senior living guidelines. The role requires accurate documentation, adherence to medication administration rights, and participation in routine audits and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and state-approved medication administration training.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• State-required Medication Administration training/certification.
• Must meet all health requirements.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification per state requirements.
• CPR certification.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with medication administration and personal care per guidelines.
• Complete documentation to ensure resident needs are met.
• Participate in narcotic counts and document inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of medication room and cart.
• Notify pharmacy and fax new orders as needed.
• Record vital signs and monitor resident condition.
• Document changes and maintain resident charts in EHR.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training.
