The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and compassionate interactions with residents, families, and staff, with a requirement for a high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Maintains current Food Handlers card.
• Pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
• Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn company applications.
• Shows compassion and interest in working with seniors.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Positive communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to problem-solve in resident care and maintain a safe environment.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Administers and assists with non-injectable medications per physician orders.
• Performs routine nursing tasks and monitors residents as directed.
• Document medication administration accurately in the resident's chart.
• Maintain medication room and med cart in a clean, orderly state.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Director of Nursing Services.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, residents and families to ensure timely medication delivery.
• Assist caregivers in the performance of their duties and participate in required meetings and trainings.
