Cascadia Senior Living in Keizer, Oregon seeks a Medication Aide to administer and assist with routine and non-injectable medications under the guidance of the Director of Nursing Services. You will support resident dignity, monitor health, document care, and communicate with physicians, families, and pharmacy to ensure timely medication delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current First Aid and CPR, a Food Handler card, and ability to read and write English.

Qualificações

• Criminal background and fingerprint check required.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and assists with routine and non-injectable medications as ordered.
• Monitors residents as directed and notes changes for nursing staff.
• Maintains accurate medication records and reports discrepancies.
• Communicates with physicians, pharmacies, residents, and families to ensure timely delivery of medications.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports caregivers in job tasks.
