You will review documentation from nursing staff and the IDT for accuracy and timeliness, oversee EMR systems (PointClickCare and MatrixCare), and support staff with documentation standards while maintaining

Qualifications

• Associates degree or comparable training in medical records, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical records laws and long-term care operations.
• Proficient in English with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completeness, maintenance, confidentiality, and security of medical records.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness from nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team (IDT).
