Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a Medication Technician to administer prescribed medications as listed on MAR/TAR and provide personal care to residents in an Assisted Living setting. You will ensure accurate medication handling, observe residents, and support daily living activities while following policies.

Responsibilities include documenting in logs, coordinating with supervisors, and maintaining medication carts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ months experience; Senior Living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medication per MAR/TAR and Senior Lifestyle guidelines.
• Count and sign narcotics with approved personnel before medication keys.
• Order medicines and treatments from pharmacy or notify responsible party when stock is low.
• Notify supervisor if supply is low or if discrepancies exist.
• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, eating, ADLs; monitor vital signs.
• Document information in daily logs and communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Answer calls and assist residents as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and restock daily.
