Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Medication Technician to safely administer prescribed medications, provide essential nursing care and support to residents in our assisted living community.

The role requires high attention to detail, English proficiency, and basic computer skills. You will collaborate with the health team to maintain MAR accuracy and deliver quality daily living assistance to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ month of experience; senior living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Provide personal and general nursing care including ADLs, vitals, and daily living activities.
• Manage storage, stock and narcotics in compliance with regulations.
• Document in daily log and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Maintain clean med carts and restock as needed; participate in trainings.
• Assist residents with dining, activities and daily needs.
