Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, seeks a Marketing Coordinator for a Day Shift position in a senior living community. The role involves supporting the Marketing Department with events, inquiries, tours, move-ins, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the property's products and services to accurately represent the property to referral sources and prospects.
• Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to ensure readiness for daily tours.
• Give community tours as a backup to the Marketing Department.
• Handle all inbound inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail) and follow up as directed.
• Qualify prospects, convert to tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Organize, plan and manage marketing events within budget.
• Attend and participate in resident, family inquiry, and referral source events.
• Serve as a liaison for residents and families new to the community; ensure a smooth transition.
• Follow a new move-in checklist completely and accurately.
