• Maintain knowledge of property products and services for referrals.
• Walk the tour route each day and conduct community tours when needed.
• Handle inquiries by phone, walk-ins, and mail and follow up as directed.
• Qualify prospects, drive tours, and convert tours to deposits when needed.
• Plan and manage marketing events within budget; participate in special events.
• Liaise with residents and families to ensure smooth transitions for new moves.
• Follow a new move-in checklist accurately.
