Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of property offerings to accurately present to referrals and prospects.
• Lead community tours and assist with move-ins as needed.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, walk-in, and mail; follow up and log information.
• Qualify prospects, schedule tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
