Oakmont Management Group, a premier senior living operator, seeks a Marketing Coordinator for Oakmont of Las Vegas. The role supports the Marketing Department with events, inquiries, tours, and move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and coordination with residents’ families.

Responsibilities include representing the property to referrals, walking the tour route, handling inquiries, and organizing marketing events within the approved budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Department with administrative tasks and events.
• Handle inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and mail; maintain inquiry records.
• Tour qualifying prospects and assist with move-ins as needed.
• Qualify prospects and guide them through tours and deposits per process.
• Organize and manage marketing events within budget.
• Represent residents and families, ensuring a smooth transition to the community.
• Follow new move-in checklists accurately.
