Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for Oakmont of Las Vegas. This role supports the Marketing Department with administrative tasks, tours, inquiries, move-ins, and event coordination to promote the community and drive occupancy.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and coordinating marketing events while maintaining the budget and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.

Formación

• Able to adapt to change and prioritize tasks and projects.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Capable of counting and performing basic math.
• Independent and self-motivated worker.
• Must obtain and maintain valid first aid certification.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of the property's products and services to represent the property to referral sources and prospects.
• Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to prepare for daily tours.
• Give community tours as a backup to the Marketing Department.
• Handle inbound inquiries by phone, walk-in, and mail, and update the marketing database.
• Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours, and deposits when needed.
• Organize and manage all marketing events within budget.
• Attend resident, family inquiry, and referral events both on-site and off-site.
• Serve as a liaison for residents and families for smooth moves into the community.
• Follow the move-in checklist accurately.
