Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for Sea Bluffs, Ivy Signature Living. The role supports the Marketing Department with administrative tasks, event planning, and inquiries, while tours are conducted for potential residents.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $23.00–$25.00, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth across California and other states.

Formación

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
• Capable of handling inquiries by phone, walk-ins, and mail.
• Experience supporting events and coordinating tours.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of property services to represent to referral sources and prospects.
• Walk community tour route at start of day and be ready for tours.
• Give community tours as a backup to Marketing Department.
• Handle inbound inquiries and log information in marketing database; follow up as directed.
• Qualify prospects and support moves-ins within the sales process.
• Plan and manage marketing events within the approved budget.
• Attend and participate in resident, family, and referral events.
• Serve as liaison for new residents and families for smooth transitions.
• Complete and accurately follow new move-in checklists.
