Job summary

Ivy Living’s Oakmont Management Group seeks a Marketing Coordinator in Oakland to support the Marketing Department with administrative tasks, events, and inquiries. You will tour prospects, assist with move-ins, and manage communications with residents and referrals.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating tours, qualifying prospects, and executing events within budget while delivering excellent resident experiences in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Able to analyze, solve problems, and respond to concerns.
• Able to count and perform moderately complex math.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the property’s products and services for referrals and prospects.
• Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to prep for tours.
• Give community tours as a backup to Marketing.
• Handle inbound inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail); complete inquiry cards and update the marketing database.
• Qualify prospects, convert to tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process.
• Plan and manage marketing events within budget.
• Attend resident, family inquiry, and referral events; engage with residents and families.
• Ensure smooth move-in process for new residents and complete move-in checklist.
