The role includes handling phone and walk-in inquiries, qualifying prospects, and assisting with move-ins, while maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and referral sources.

The position emphasizes organizing events, budgeting, and collaboration with the team to promote a welcoming community experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible, adaptable to change and able to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• Able to follow written or oral instructions and analyze information to resolve issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform moderately complex math.
• Highly motivated, self-directed with ability to work independently.
• Must obtain and maintain valid first aid certification.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property's products and services for referrals and prospects.
• Lead community tours as needed and assist with daily tours.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and mail with accurate records.
• Qualify prospects, convert to tours and deposits using the sales process.
• Plan and manage marketing events within budget; participate in resident, family, and referral events.
• Serve as liaison for new residents to ensure a smooth transition.
