Job summary

Axis Residential is seeking a customer-focused Maintenance Technician for Affinity at Eagan, a 55+ active adult community. This on-site role requires handling maintenance requests, repairs, and routine tasks to keep units and common areas safe and welcoming.

You will work with the site team to deliver excellent resident service, respond to emergencies, and support daily operations. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and English communication.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry.
• Maintain grounds, inspect the building, and assist with turnovers.
• Provide evening, weekend, and holiday emergency services when required.
