Job summary

Axis Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Affinity at Covington, a 55-and-older active adult community. You will handle onsite maintenance, respond to service requests, and ensure units and common areas are well-kept, safe, and welcoming for residents.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service, English fluency, and the ability to work evenings/weekends when needed. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused professional able to build rapport with residents.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a registered vehicle are required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in residential property maintenance or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Assist with inspections of building and grounds for safety and upkeep.
• Perform maintenance on plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliances.
